Tree Sis Coffee - Chiang Mai

Did not get what we ordered and was lied to about it. Terrible service. While waiting in line we saw a table get an incorrect drink and the owner brought it to the back. We then ordered a Thai iced coffee (on the menu) and paid 100 baht. The owner then brought the same “mess up” drink to us. It was a thai iced tea, NOT coffee. When I asked him why we received it he said it was “the same but different” despite having both Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea as two separate menu items. We ordered Thai iced coffee several times throughout our trip, they are not the same. One is tea, one is coffee. I am fully acceptable of mistakes but to be lied to in an attempt to save product is unacceptable. Just like other recent reviews, don’t waste your time or money. This place is just bad. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Took 45 minutes to receive 3 drinks and a further 10minutes to receive SOME of the food ordered. Food was absolutely vile and overpriced. English breakfast consisted of undercooked eggs, the palest chips ever seen, a piece of rubbery ham not bacon, and no toast or sausage came. To top it off, the baked beans came in I’m a celeb style as a plastic tub of plain sweaty beans. The Monte Carlo sandwich was a piece of soggy bread smothered in mustard with another piece of that rubber ham. When we came to pay the server tried to bump up the prices, we were in such a rush to leave to get an organised coach we were forced to pay. Two of our friends paid for food they never even received. The staff took what felt like a solid 10minutes to count up the bill and did not care that they had now made us late for our bus or that they’d served us disgusting food I frankly wouldn’t give to my dog. Sooo many lovely places to eat in chiang mai, do yourself a favour and eat absolutely anywhere else.

Terrible! They are slow, there are hairs in my food and we had fat sandwich of ham/cheese instead of french toast... I definitely don't recommend this place. Keep your money.

I absolutely do not recommend this place ! Everything was disgusting. We didn’t have what we order, we found many hairs in our food and the boss didn’t want to make a price to apologise about it. Moreover, it’s very extensive for what you get in your plate and the service was terrible. To be avoided !
