What Cinzia Caruso doesn't like about Paradise:
I'm sorry, but I can't be positive about this place. Definitely a family business, but the pizza and the service aren't either. Tasteless pizza, despite buffalo and pistachio, just a lot of oil, same thing for all 4 pizzas. Very bad experience. We ate badly, inadequate staff. In my opinion not recommended

The pizza is good, I liked the dough and the cooking even though we were on a Saturday evening, there was a lot of confusion and the service was a bit slow, they serve half the pizza with the commenda and the other half with considerable delay. They could put in fans because there wasn't a breath of air moving and there was a lot of humidity. Dietary restrictions: They serve gluten-free pizza Service: Dine in
The name is misleading because there is nothing heavenly about it... we could call it hell on earth. The worst pizza of my life. I order two takeaway pizzas and a tub of chips. One of the two pizzas was half burnt (the edges and bottom charred), ingredients of an unprecedented scarcity, an unidentified product instead of mozzarella, leavening of the dough painful to say the least (a brick in the stomach), so little cooked ham which left a sweet aftertaste. The French fries (already poor in quality) were completely soaked in oil and had a black-like colour. Who knows the last time they changed the oil. This type of work done in this way ruins the image of Sicily and Italy from a culinary point of view in a purely tourist location but at the same time full of local homeowners. Change the way you work and use quality because it's difficult to move forward like this...
