First time I have ordered from Wendy 's in a long time. This will be my go to burger restaurant from now on. The 1/4 lb Singles are so much better than McDonalds or Burger King same size offerings. The staff is consistently friendly and always greets you with a smile! In my experience, I've never encountered better customer service at a drive-thru. It truly stands out!
Wendy's is typically fantastic. Their burgers are consistently fresh and juicy. However, I've noticed they've been skimping on the lettuce recently—just a single small piece on a Dave's Double isn't enough.

One of the great things about Wendy's is how easy it is to customize your sandwiches online, with more options than their competitors. You can add extra tomatoes and spring mix at no extra charge! Additionally, Wendy's has an impressive rewards program that lets you earn a free food item for every $15-$20 you spend. I really think Wendy's should be highlighting this benefit in their TV ads—it deserves a lot more attention!
