Let Me Start by Saying This is My Opinion based on my experience. No Bueno ! Starting from the door with all the signs stating Please be Patient with for being slow with service, we 're understaffed. I recently dined at this restaurant for lunch and had an amazing experience. The price per person was very reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20. The food was top-notch, receiving a perfect score of 5. The service was also excellent, with attentive and friendly staff earning another 5. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, scoring a 5 as well. I highly recommend trying the Tortilla, Tamales, Burrito, and Green Chili dishes during your visit.
The restaurant is very pleasant, with a relaxed atmosphere perfect for enjoying lunch with friends and colleagues. The food was excellent and the server provided great service. The dine-in experience for lunch was priced between $10 and $20 per person. Both the food and service received a rating of 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Seafood Enchiladas.
We had a dinner at this restaurant, and it cost $100+ per person. The food was rated 1 out of 5, the service was rated 3 out of 5, and the atmosphere was rated 1 out of 5.
There was language barrier confusion ordering. However, we worked through confusion. Server was kind and polite. Food is very fresh made. Fish tacos needed to be noted they are spicy in the menu unless you specifically order otherwise, but menu did not share that so I took 1 star off. The chile relleno is the best And most authentic I have had in a tri state area. The only place I have had one that good previously was a mexican grandmas kitchen in Green Bay WI. This is fact. If you get relleno cravings like me, try the Tortilla Factory in Cheyenne, WY. You won't be disappointed. Restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very kind and polite. Food was fresh and well made. I will try here again and see if there are improvements. Via Con Dios for now. Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheel chair parking in front by entrance.
