What Anonym dislikes about Panera Bread:
Went through the drive through this afternoon for lunch. 25 minutes sitting in any drive thru is ridiculous, especially when there are only 3 cars ahead of you. My sandwich wrapping had so much bbq sauce on it that I had to wait till I got home and could open it without getting covered in sauce. They are obviously having trouble with hiring and retaining employees. View all feedback.
They didn’t give us the right sizes of bowls and they didn’t modify my grilled cheese to have white cheddar. They also didn’t give us spoons or napkins. I love Panera but why they do is like that? :
I've never been here before. Probably won't be back anytime soon. Nearly $25 for two pretty sad looking sandwiches. (One was kids meal. I'm not sure if I ordered the wrong things or what... But I definitely don't see the appeal of Panera Bread. All the available (COVID distancing tables were dirty so I had to track down some napkins and clean off the crumbs from someone else's lunch. Food tasted fine. Employees were nice.

Whenever I visit Panera, I can always expect to have a pleasant experience. The food is consistently delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. I particularly enjoy Colleen's cheerful personality in the mornings, as she helps to kickstart my day on a positive note.
Wonderful breakfast. We had fruit oatmeal, chipotle chicken avocado egg wrap and the bacon avocado souffle with orange cranberry muffins and pecan and cups of hazelnut coffee. Great drive through service and the food was delicious. I'd share photos but the food didn't last long enough!
