We were not impressed by the quality or presentation of food for the price we paid.

The experience we had was good. service was okay, not as attentive as we hoped. the food was good, we're going to return.

This place never disappointed. great eating, beautiful atmosphere. you never feel haste to end your meal. we always come to hathaways for every day meal and special events.

We cannot state enough our disappointment at this experience. It was our anniversary, so I thought we would do something different. We made reservations weeks prior because we had never been there before. We showed up early for our reservation, but we were totally ignored by the Hostess. She assisted two ladies they were placing to go orders but did not even acknowledge that we were standing right in front of her. At first, we did not mind because like I said earlier, we were early. After we had been standing there for 20 minutes, a manager even came over and asked if we were being helped? We stated that we were waiting for her to finish helping the two ladies with their to-go orders. The Hostess however after she assisted the two ladies with them to go orders she simply disappeared. A reservation time came and went but still no Hostess. Eventually my husband went and asked for the manager, which had come to check on us earlier, but instead of the manager the hotel clerk went back into the restaurant and came out with the server who then seated us. At this point let me say that the server was FANTASTIC! She was very attentive to our needs. The meal, as far as taste goes was decent. What we got for the price we paid was not fair at all! Totally overpriced for what we got. We will not be returning, nor will we be recommending! J B Lawrence, Cheyenne, WY
