Applebee's Grill - Cheyenne

We ordered the chicken white tone tacos as an appetizer at this restaurant. However, they were brought to our table without any appetizer plates, napkins, or other essentials. The waitress disappeared, so the hostess had to be asked for napkins. When the food finally came out, the quesadilla burger was missing the pico de gallo. Additionally, both burgers were undercooked. The waitress only seemed to focus on our table and disappeared frequently, so we had to seek help from other staff members.

Food way okay, a little lacking. For example the sause on the chicken strips wasn't coated, just poured on top. Not a big deal, but the whole meal reflected just okay Also, the bathrooms were dirty, like a haven't been deep cleaned in 6 months kind of dirty. I'm of the opinion that if the bathroom isn't clean then the whole place is probably on the same level.

Took my wife there for her birthday and she had a great time!! Food was perfect, staff were awesome. Also the wife really enjoyed the 5$ spring drink.

Had my Togo order ready when I got there. Everything was still hot and tasty when I got it out to eat it. They didn't include utensils, but I had some.

Tryed ordering over the phone, went through the number options three times (during single phone call). Was never actually sent through to talk to someone. Ordered online, waited 30min after the time ready prompt. The steak was way under cooked, and the customer service was less than par.
