A bar-restaurant (and more! Very charming and great! Maybe one of the best on Chevreuse. I love their pressure beers, they have several choices, and the price is on the road. You will have understood it, store is therefore my heart:

All this to tell you that everything is extremely fresh, away from the precooked and heated soup merchants on demand! Here is a small restaurant that we are convinced that kindness still exists....
