Ordered the fish and shrimp diner the shrimp was about the size of a quarter and the fish was thin and curled up and dry

I placed a drive-thru order for a large combo. The fries didn't look any different from the regular ones, and when I requested tartar sauce, I was given at least four packets.
The food is the same as any other Big Boy but the service is atrocious.
I placed an order today and picked it up at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the grilled cheese was missing, there was no cheese on the spicy potatoes, and the toast was burned.
