Ny Chicken Fish - Cheverly

I 'm from NY but I have family in MD that 's not too far from this location, that recommended this place, NY Chicken Fish. It 's a clean quaint establishment with an approximate 6-9 table seating area that 's cozy. My family I ordered take out had the fried fish a Philly cheesteak sandwich (all with fries) we loved it all! The owner told us that he is originally from Brooklyn he clowned/teased us for being from Long Island, NY which we are used to, lol. The staff is friendly accommodating the food is very good. Our wait time was minimal. My only disappointment was not making it back there before I left MD, but that was my fault! LOL I highly recommend NY Chicken Fish restaurant I DEF plan to re-visit them when I return to MD, Lord willing! Vegetarian options: There are limited vegan options. Parking: They have parking on the premises. Kid-friendliness: They have kids meals are a kid friendly establishment.

The chicken was cooked in old grease, no seasoning and why get a Fish and Chicken combo when you can get both taste in the chicken, if you don't understand what I'm saying , the fish and chicken are cooked in the same grease, SMH. The chicken smelled like fish, I made myself throw up what I ate and threw the rest away... My First and LAST TIME!!!!! Service: Take out

The chicken is absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and lovely. The service was excellent, and the staff were fantastic as well.

I frequently order from this restaurant, but recently, I've noticed that a woman there has been intentionally giving me wings instead of my actual order.

"Hey everyone, they seem to be searching for seafood, but I just had a delicious chicken steak!"
