I waited 10 minutes for them to receive their bucket... read more I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I came with a group of friends, and they ordered before me. I waited 10 minutes for them to receive their bucket of chicken before I ordered just large fries and gravy. I was shocked to find out that the gravy cost as much as the large fries. I waited 25 minutes for my fries, while a guy who came in after me ordered a full meal and received his order and left before me. He even got a small fries while I ordered a large but received a box that was barely a third full. It seemed like they took half of my fries and gave it to him. I poured it out, and it was less than a cup, just like the small fries. I had previous issues at this location and was promised a call from the manager, but they never bothered. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to, and the manager, especially, should have been fired years ago. Do not go here, go to Dawson instead.

We w... read more After ordering and paying for our meal, we were informed that there would be a half-hour wait because the customers ahead of us had bought all the chicken. We were unable to get a refund and had to wait for more chicken to be prepared. It would have been preferable to be informed of this situation before ordering, as we would have chosen to go elsewhere for something like pizza that was readily available.

I tried going there 3 nights in a row and they were either closed early (like an hour early) or never opened that day. They always have paper signs saying they "can't accept credit" or "cash only" even though they advertise that they accept credit cards.Poorly managed, unreliable, and poorly staffed. Who knows what goes on in a shi* show kitchen like this.Thumbs down!

They... read more This fast food restaurant is one of the slowest I've ever been to. I ordered chicken and had to wait over 10 minutes for it, if they even have it in stock. They have forgotten to include items that I ordered and paid for multiple times. Overall, it's just a bad experience. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you really have a craving for KFC.

Ve... read more We were surprised to get such a great tasting meal from a fast food joint. We had to wait for our food to be cooked about 3minutes but it was worth the wait. Very tasty and after a day of driving really hit the spot.
