I have always loved getting coffee at Starbucks, but in other cities, not here at this one in particular. First of all, it was rather cold and uncomfortable inside. I have always loved getting coffee at Starbucks, but in other cities, not here at this one in particular. First of all, it was rather cold and uncomfortable inside. Then, the young ladies who worked there hardly paid attention to me and when they spoke they appeared to be annoyed. One almost scolded me when I touched the cup of a drink I thought was ready for me. I was the only one inside; so, I thought that one of them might have mispronounced my name. Suddenly, they were nice to the people who came in to pick up their drinks and left. I never had a bad time at a Starbucks until this time.
One of the nicest friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to!
They seemed to have a slow drive thru. First time noticing this was even here.Parking: Wide spaces
I just hate the price. I love that Starbucks is always consistent though! And the folks are always friendly at this location.
Coffee tasted great, food came out quick, staff was polite. That said, here are the cons:-nobody in the store seems to know what “warm” or “kids temperature” is. I told them three times, it was on the label, I told the barista as she was making it, and it still came out boiling hot.-after getting my drinks, I asked for two cups of water and a cup of ice on the side (since the flat white was too hot to drink), and the barista at the register said “no problem, I’ll have them out to you at the end of the bar.” Perfect, right? Not quite.I sit there for 10 mins and still no waters, I go back to the register to ask about it, and the barista I had spoken to is nowhere to be seen. The manager looks at me and says “yes?”I tell her about the waters and ask where the girl is, she says “oh, she went on her break. I’ll have them out to you right now”The manager got the waters out in .5 seconds, but it was incredibly unprofessional for the front barista to tell me she’ll take care of it and then go on break without relying the request to the person covering. She wasted my time, the store’s time, and made the manager look back while delaying the drive thru line.Tl;dr- don’t come here if you want add ons or modifications, they can’t seem to handle anything harder than plain black coffee.
