It is a drive through only burger joint. Don't ask for anything else, I asked for a hot dog. They asked me to park off to the side and brought me the hot dog about 12 minutes later. I have been to Raly's before in Indiana and liked it. I guess I should have asked for something they had premade.
I know the 2 gentlemen that were working tonight were doing their best, however I do not understand why there were ONLY 2 people working. This made the wait longer than it should have been and it was obvious one of the workers was a new employee. The food was very good though.
Food was mediocre at best.. Very disappointing for rallys.. The soda was flat with barely any carbonation and the fries had hardly any flavor. Other than old oil. The burger tasted precooked and almost flavorless..
My mom tried to order a milkshake on Saturday November 4th and was told by the cashier that the shake machine was down due to maggots inside the machine! She will never eat there again. This was her second and last visit!
I have never in my life seen such slow slow slow service. Unbelievable! There is 2 people there today working the lunch. What???
