Togo order while traveling. No utensils, napkins or condiments butter for biscuits and corn bread) provided. Phoned store. Manager unapologetic.

My daughter's birthday lunch.. I was roo sick to go in so we ordered it. She asked for hashbrown casserole and instead she received tator tots.

Our waitress clearly left every plate of our food under their plate warmer for too long (half melted butter on my loaded baked potato, lukewarm burger and fries, and a plate of chicken and dumplings with clearly cold sauce on top of unappetizing chicken juice).My loaded baked potato had chopped green onions on it, which I had clearly stated while ordering that I was allergic to. It did not, however, have the bacon that apparently goes on the loaded baked potato. I asked for another plate of chicken and dumplings It was not offered by our waitress. I asked myself. and received the exact same plate heated up. The food was cold. The plate was hot.Well stocked gift shop, and a clean restaurant.Dietary restrictions: I told the waitress that I was allergic to onions. We went over it twice. I received a side with onions anyway.

I didn't get the notification that my order was ready. When I called they didn't know anything b/c there is no communication.
