Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse

We were not impressed by this restaurant that was eating nothing really special. the service and the ambiente were also ok. I was in other Hibachi restaurants and by far this was my most favorite.

Restaurant ever! worst! I called to make a reservation, and the man on the phone told me that I didn't need one, and it would just wait 5-20 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant, he told me I never called and they were booked for the night. He then dismissed us and told us to leave because he left other people waiting for us. I told him I talked to him on the phone and he told me I never called the restaurant. I lied to the face. terrible restaurant and terrible staff. so rude and could not take care of a customer less. would recommend it elsewhere, but here.

Travel far because they are still advertised with shabu shahbu / hot pot offers, but they no longer offer. eating was good, service and atmosphere was so-so.

We loved this restaurant before covid. this time when we were there, a fire alarm went out. When we came back, our food was cold. they only heated 1 person meal in our party. the salads were three pieces of salate and a cucumber. the hot tee was cold and they no longer serve him in a pot. the chef who made our food at the table has not added enough soy sauce. I ordered steak and garnel. the person who took our order wrote steak and huh. When I tried to explain, they brought me four. the cold dinner cost us over $90 and we didn't order any alcohol. very disappointing.

We left after 20 minutes of being seated as we were not even served water and didn’t see a server. The restaurant was first, understaffed, a debacle in every sense. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!
