This time they were running a special of 2 for $6 mix... read more I love their food but it seems like every time I go to the one in Chesterton there is some kind of issue. This time they were running a special of 2 for $6 mix and match and one of the sandwiches being a chicken sandwich and they did not have any. Thisis the only one (Chesterton)that I seem to have a problem with. Other than that I highly recommend Arby's food

I had placed an order expecting my food to be warm considering the restaurant was not more than 3-5 minutes away. To my surprise the food was not only cold, but... read more I had placed an order expecting my food to be warm considering the restaurant was not more than 3-5 minutes away. To my surprise the food was not only cold, but also missing the side of cheese sauce that I had to pay for. They not only didn’t make any accommodations for my inconveniences they had told me to come in for just the cheese sauce, which is yet another inconvenience. They also didn’t answer and then hung up on me when I tried calling the first time. Not only would I not recommend the delivery, but the entire restaurant as a whole. That chocolate shake was mid. -0000 stars. Total waste of time and money.
