It is slower than you can expect, service often forget a product or does not warm it. Some days better than others, but definitely not one of the better. Sad as my local Tim's service: food: 3 service: 2 atmosphere: 3 View all feedback.
We ordered an ice cap, and there was very little whipped cream on it. Additionally, the employee's behavior was quite rude. She was not friendly at all. If she is unable to handle her responsibilities, it might be time to consider changing staff.
I am truly disappointed with my experience. I found hair in my food, and there was always something missing from my order. It's frustrating to pay extra for items that aren't included. The wraps were poorly assembled, and it felt like there was too much sauce provided. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience.
Worst breakfast sandwich ever. I order the Smoky Honey Bacon breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was stale, not toasted, the bacon was hardly there, the cheese had not completely melted. I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward to a good breakfast. So disappointed. I will say that the service was good. Not a lot of people in there and now I know why.
It doesn’t matter the time of day you visit this location. Morning, lunch, evening this location is the slowest Tim Hortons service I’ve ever experienced. Waited literally 10 minutes for a tea and they never seem to have food. Definitely skip this location if you can or be prepared to wait a ridiculous amount of time for even the smallest items.
Tonight I ordered coffee. Indian girl make me a coffee without sugar and I order 2 sugars. Need some more experience.
