The large Coconut Pink Drink was perfect for the drive home.
I genuinely value the interactions with the staff at this restaurant; they are always friendly and a delight to converse with.
The staff seems more focused on playing with the food and drinks than on their actual duties. I've been here two to three times a day, and each visit has had some issue with my drinks. I spend a considerable amount of money here and am starting to doubt whether it’s worth it. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, and the service is quite slow, too. I want to clarify that this isn't a personal attack; we've given this place several chances since we live in Chestermere. I genuinely sympathize with the owner, who presumably relies on their team to run the business smoothly, but it seems they might not have made the best hiring choices. As a fellow business owner, I would seriously consider making some staffing changes.
This is my second time visiting this restaurant, and once again, I couldn't pay with a $50 bill for my $12 order. If you can't have at least one $20, one $10, and a $5 available for change, I might have to think twice about returning.
The service was rather slow. The restaurant was nearly empty, with only two cars in the parking lot, yet we still had to wait to place our order. It also took an unusually long time for our drinks to be made. Additionally, the staff didn't seem very attentive.
