We LOVED our food tonight at Crazy Pasta! We had a cheese pizza (arguably the best I’ve ever had) and a duo pasta meal. Great fresh pasta. Great value too! Fun environment!Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved the cool environment and the cheese pizza! View all feedback.
What Chandell Elliott doesn't like about Crazy Pasta:
Quiet little place. That’s the best thing about it. My linguine was half cooked and my chicken Parmesan was soggy. My kids spaghetti was ok but the meat sauce was a bit watered down. Was excited and feel a little let down.Never bad to try a new place View all feedback.
I never leave reviews like this but feel like I need to. We’d heard good things about this restaurant and decided to give it try because we live outside of the city and didn’t want to go all the way to Calgary for once. This was literally the worst food, ambience and service I’ve ever experienced. The pasta took almost an hour to come out, and half of mine was raw. My husband and I ordered the same size dish and his was considerably smaller than mine. We asked for garlic bread and when it came out it wasn’t bread at all. It was pita with the smallest amount of garlic in it. We got two free small stale dinner rolls. Most pasta restaurants have complimentary fresh bread and salad. The pasta sauce itself was decent but we could have made it at home ourselves for the amount of wasted time and money tonight. A man at the table next to us was brought completely the wrong dish and when he said something, the waitress looked at him like a deer in headlights and didn’t even offer to replace it or apologize. She just left with zero communication at all. Half the restaurant seemed to not finish their plates and I imagine their experiences were similar to ours. More than one other table had to check on their food and make sure it was coming. Hard to explain the experience in a single review but I’m truly surprised that this place is open and running. Just horrendous, and we still had to pay the full bill in the end despite the fact that our food wasn’t cooked properly. Tonight’s experience felt like this business should be on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares.

Small and cozy, perfect for a nice date eating fresh and homemade pasta. The 2 sauces we tried (rose, carbonara) were beyond excellent. This is now a must go once a month.
Horrible bolognese sauce. More like a stew. Huge slices of carrots and mushrooms. Their Alfredo sauce tastes like hollandaise sauce. I only buy the fresh pasta to go and their balsamic vinegar. They had a yummy slightly spicy rose sauce that was amazing, but I haven't seen it in stock for over a year.
