Guido Pizza Haven - CHESTERLAND

The dining room is beautifully decorated, featuring high ceilings and large windows along the north wall, which creates a bright and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and my server, Karen, was particularly helpful during my first visit. She answered all my questions about the menu items and ensured I had everything I needed in a timely manner. The lunch crowd was a mix of business diners and couples or friends enjoying a meal together, with some patrons placing takeout orders. I began my meal with a cup of Italian wedding soup, which was packed with vegetables and included a few mini sausages—absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed an unsweetened iced tea alongside my meal. In addition to the soup, I ordered garlic bread with cheese. The bread was generously topped with garlic, and while the cheese came at an extra cost, it was well worth it. The melted cheese added a wonderful texture and flavor to the garlic bread. For my main course, I had a small sausage, mushroom, green pepper, and onion pizza. The pizza sauce was mild, allowing the wealth of cheese on top to shine. The cheese was wonderfully stretchy when I pulled the slices apart. The pizza was served in a rectangular shape, cut into nine rectangular pieces. I liked the abundance of toppings, which were more generous than at many other places. I prefer to eat my pizza with a knife and fork, but I found that the toppings tended to slide off the crust during the cutting process. Overall, I enjoyed the service and the flavors of my meal at Guido's Pizza Haven and Restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and during my visit in mid-May 2022, the staff was not wearing face masks.

Amazing pizza! The crust is light and fresh, and there's a generous amount of it. I also tried the small chef salad, and it was perfect! If you're nearby, you definitely need to stop by.

I'll give the food and atmosphere a 5 as the food was great. Restaurant clean with a modern look. I'll give service a 4 because they do not take credit cards. This place was recommended to us and we drove quite aways. Luckily I had enough cash. The waitresses were okay and my 4 is not to reflect on them. The locals must be used to it as they was a good amount of take out. But for me I prefer not to carry cash.

Excellent!!! The service was superb. Friendly, helpful and in a very timely manner. The food was amazing. The fettuccine Alfredo was so flavorful and my husband had the chicken parmigiana and stated the sauce was some of the best he has had. We will definitely be back!!!

Generations at work... The family environment is awesome. Service was awesome as well as the food. Family business which has 7 to 10 year old girls helping out. Sooooo adorable! Valet parking...
