We recently had a lunch in the party room at Gino's for our baby's baptism. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and Gino himself was outstanding. He was very courteous, helpful, and genuine. I highly recommend Gino's to everyone! What User doesn't like about Gino's Italian Grill:
The owner, Gino, is disrespectful and lacks professionalism. We drove from Akron, Ohio to try this place after being told they had a full menu. However, upon arrival, the waitress informed us that they only had bread, pizza, lasagna, and spaghetti. This restaurant is a disappointment and I would not recommend dining here. View all feedback.
Not good. the old theny boy is in chesterland. Eating was just okay. they were made of ribs, gyros and meatballs. So I ordered chicken marsala. there was instead given kalbmarsala. I told the watress about it and was thanks for letting her know and that another would complain. I could eat it, but not what I ordered. very slow on everything too. maybe not enough staff? had to ask for brot.
Stopped in for a beer, restaurant empty, bar full happy hour

I’m picky but I liked the food. Italian wedding soup really good and ravioli also really good Tiramisu is to die for I wil be back a lot
Very good food! The dry cajun wings were the best I ever had! The Micheal Burger was amazing!
