Had an absolutely fantastic Takeaway from here tonight. Everything was so fresh and tasty, especially the Chicken. I’m always confident of having a great meal here. Just carry on doing what you’re doing.
Wow … never ever have I had such terrible customer service In ANY restaurant.. yes the food is good .. but the service by the rude .. loud .. obnoxious one staff member .. old guy grey hair .. was on another level .. it is not acceptable to be serving our food and shouting at your younger staff in an angry manner.. but you obviously think it is because when I made this aware to manger he shouted over me snd said his younger staff know nothing and need to to be spoke to like this … NOT in my world they don’t …
The food at this restaurant was excellent and the customer service was even better. We were lucky to have Mohammed as our server, who was incredibly attentive and made our experience even more enjoyable. He consistently checked on our table, offered us additional drinks, and provided spot-on customer service. Well done, Mohammed - keep up the fantastic work!
Quite large group of us went their for a meal. The food we ordered was OK, but they gave one of us in our group something that they didn't order. When my friend said that he'd been given the wrong meal they just ignored him, and didn't try to rectify their mistake. When it came to paying the bill we were all very polite but said we'd pay for everything except the meal they'd given my friend as he didn't order it. The owner was really rude and made no attempt to apologise or rectify the problem. He then told us we weren't welcome there anymore (because they made a mistake and were rude to us?! After looking at other reviews I've seen other people complain about the owner there. Avoid this place like the plague.
Went for our Christmas Night out , the food was lovely , had a call two days prior to having our table booked asking for a deposit which was out of the question, this was not mentioned when I booked for us , who ever I spoke with was more interested in losing money and even tho it was only two days before I had to keep him up to date with the number of people who were going and as anyone knows this Is almost impossible as people drop out at the last minute . When we arrived the older member of staff was very abrupt and very rude , we were not made to feel welcome at all and this is the opinion from each and every one of us so having said that we would ll not be returning here
