Frankie Benny's New York Italian Restaurant Bar Chesterfield

Overall, our dining experience at the restaurant was positive, with the exception of the last mouthful of my dessert. We had a delightful waitress who served us tasty food, and the service was excellent throughout the meal. We paid for our meal as we began eating dessert to make a quick exit with our tired kids. The food was delicious overall, including my apple crumble dessert, until I found a piece of packaging in my last bite. I brought it to the attention of our waitress, who then informed her manager. Unfortunately, no further actions were taken, and we had to leave without a resolution. Despite enjoying a lovely New Year's Eve meal, I left feeling uneasy and disappointed. I had hoped for a refund or some form of compensation for the mishap, but it was never offered.

Our experience this evening was terrible… wrong dish delivered to the table….the waitress was rude not sure she can smile,her nails were far to long considering she’s working around food. It’s not the first time we have had to put up with this in particular waitress…. Bad for business. Would not recommend wasting money at the restaurant… the only pro is we used a voucher

Went last night on the spur of the moment and to be honest, it’s not what it used to be! Undercooked food, Luke warm. Rude and inattentive staff, miserable atmosphere. It’s gone so downhill. I think we’re down with it now

I thought the staff were quite rude and felt rushed when ordering my meal. The food was nice but unfortunately some of the staff were not.

We had a lovely meal here, the staff were friendly and were very attentive. The food arrived fresh and hot and was delicious. Portions could have been bigger but overall a lovely meal with my partner.
