With its airy atmosphere and clean, inviting environment, patrons appreciate the friendly service and notable selection of beverages, particularly the mocha, which receives high praise. While some food items, like scones and egg custards, have been met with mixed reviews regarding freshness and flavor, the overall ambiance provides a soothing escape amid the bustling town. The café excels in creating a welcoming space, making it a worthy stop for a quick bite or a relaxing break from shopping.
The service at this restaurant was excellent and friendly. There was a wide variety of choices on the menu, and the food was delicious and flavorful. The prices were very reasonable as well. Overall, an excellent dining experience.
I stopped by for my usual Mocha and Scone. The quality and service were consistent. The building was lovely, clean, and tidy, located right in the heart of Chesterfield. There were also some great shops nearby.
Called here, as you do, for a nice relaxing sit-down. Really nice, airy and clean cafe, with loads of natural light. I had my usual Mocha and raisin scone. Both were delightful. See photo.
This charming restaurant was the perfect spot for my grandmother to relax after her visit to the foot clinic. She enjoyed a cup of tea and found the experience so soothing that her bunions never returned.
We headed inside the Market Hall on the search for presents and took advantage of a spare table in the cafe to grab something quick to eat and a hot drink. Service was pleasant and quick, but the scone and coconut fresh did not taste fresh and the scone tasted mass produced which was disappointing. The latte was pleasant, though quite small. Same view as my previous review and we would normally visit other independent coffee shops when in town. It was okay.
