We used to love going to Sweet Frogs at Hancock Village in Chesterfield, VA. Lately, however, it has seemed to have gone downhill. Often, machines are broken, it’s not very clean and the flavor choices are odd. For example, there is never just regular vanilla, only sugar free. I’m not giving my grandchildren sugar free products. Everything is so clean. The eatery part was labeled, clean, and well organized. Nothing was out of place.
This place is a must go-to when my MIL visits. They don 't have a SweetFrog where she resides. We always get our fills of sugar. However, depending on when you go and who is working, HIGHLY determines how clean and tidy the place was.
Don't waste your time or your money. Nasty and disgusting no toilet paper in the females bathroom. No hospitality
As frequent visitors to sweet frog locations we received the cheesecake flavor and thought it tasted a little off maybe even tasted spoiled. When we approached the employee behind the counter to see if the situation could be corrected her solution was to taste the serving we had in our cup. Does that seem reasonable?The local owner reached out to me and helped resolve this issue. Thanks for your help.
