Spiro's - St. Charles - Chesterfield

Very pleasant experience at Spiro’s! we started with a delicious fried cheese served tableside with a brandy flame. then delicious Greek salad with the house dressing and I had one of the specials on this evening, the bark medaillen with smoked garnel, twice baked kartoffel and vegetables. everything was great! many choices of drinks. I enjoyed one of her moscato wines.

Excellent! from the moment we came in, until the time we left, our experience was great! our waiter (I can't remember his names but he was formerly chef) was phenominal. one of the best we ever have! they were so busy because that was a few days before Christmas, but we never had to wait for something. we started with the foam cheese appetizer, (saganoki) and the dolomites. he even shared it on teller for the two of us, so we didn't have to. about eating...WOW, it was so delicious! I have the pasta for seafood and my fiancée got the calves. we both loved it so much that we had eaten half our own food and then switched over and ate the other half of the other meal times, because we could not decide which we liked better. we will be back

Service was absolutely impeccable! tzatziki with fresh pitas was amazing, and the Horiatiki salad w/pitas was rustic and fresh oliven were a nice salty bite of contrast to the balsamic drizzle olive oil. our entrees were the seafood pasta special (may not be enough rave about how freshly tender the garnels, muddles and oysters were) and pasta primavera was one of the best I ever had!

Delicious food, but I think the restaurant can improve the seasoning of their mixed vegetables and gravy. the double potato was so delicious! overall I am and my man will be back!

A truly unique culinary experience! First of all, everyone was so nice, and especially kind to my mother who was in a wheelchair. We had not had Greek food before and were looking for something new to us. George was our waiter and his experience in the kitchen and knowledge of the dishes made him perfect to be our culinary tour guide for the evening.
