I don't have pictures because I ate my food. I usually get the vegetables and then two secondary dishes a diabetics that works really good for me. I'm glad they have this option. I never had a bad meal of them. I love the cookies and my son loves the fact that he can get a bigger record. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Unfortunately, we decided for the first time for a family dinner in Panda Express. We ordered ahead to avoid waiting in an extremely large line and our waiting time was estimated at 7:50. We do not move into the ride with any other car at 19:50 a.m. that they let us know that we had a pick-up order, we were hit with an unpleasant silence, then said that we pull onto the front and in the handicap spot due to the need... I ordered the beef and broccoli through the drive thru and when I came home there were only 2 pieces of beef and the rest was broccoli. This is totally unacceptable for $12.00 and they had pulled me to the side and wait 10 minutes for ?fresh?
It is good but you can't count on them having items you want. I was there a few nights ago, a full hour before closing, and was told they were out of orange chicken. It is their #1 seller and they were out? Sonthen I ordered beef and broccoli...sorry, out of that, too. Unacceptable. I understand not wanting to have to throw a bunch of food out at the end of the night, but they are always busy and they still.had a lot of time before closing. To not have that specific dish was disappointing, to say the least.
Usually food is really good here but it's been going down hill. Cooks are getting lazy. My shrimp were so soggy no honey sauce on them there were like 4 nuts in the whole bowl on top of that they forgot to give me my crab Rangoons. I don't think I'll go back I'd rather go to China king. The food has gotten grose.
Service is not what it used to be. Why are they always out of : FOOD Not just once, twice or even three times but multiple times we 've had issues at this location with lack of food, no food or the wrong food given. We 've been told they are out of the noodles or rice and/or they are out of the main entree choices (chicken, shrimp or beef- this time they were out of all chicken entrees supposedly .... I 'm sorry, what are you serving then the dinner time rush? Are you out due to low stock or just not wanting to make more? I can understand low stock or lack of staff. However, when you have staff laughing hysterically over the speaker saying, I 'm sorry we 're out of that with every choice we make, I 'm thinking there 's another issue going on. (And no, we 're not even close to their closing time. We were 3rd car to pull away. We will be contacting District mgr at this point since it 's an on going issue and we would like to eventually use up the Christmas gift cards we have sitting forever.
This place used to be my favorite but the last 3 times I've ordered, it's been pretty bad. The large broccoli beef had 3 pieces of beef. So I basically paid $10.50 for broccoli. The noodles seem to have more cabbage in them than they used to. It seems like it's more cabbage than noodles. This time the noodles were crunchy. I can't believe a place so popular would need to cut costs by feeding us cow food. Please make this place good again because I miss the quality.
