Hardee's - Chesterfield

The food quality at this restaurant is similar to Burger King and what I expected from Hardee's. However, I was shocked to see a disorganized and unmotivated staff. The ordering process was chaotic and confusing, with every customer being directed to wait in the parking lot rather than taking their food to go. Workers appeared aimless, carrying bags of food without knowing who ordered what. After waiting 10 minutes for our simple order, we found that it was wrong, as did many other customers. The management/ownership of this restaurant needs to improve and support their employees better.

This restaurant is a mess. It's never too crowded, but the employees are just completely indifferent. Every time I've ordered, my order has been wrong, even after I've had it repeated to me. And all I asked for was a simple Ham Croissant.

The food at this restaurant is excellent. The beef was very good and left me feeling satisfied. The service was also great, with the staff being patient and attentive, especially when dealing with our large group of children. The orders were packed neatly and all the shakes were served promptly. They even offered us extra ketchup for the fries. Overall, a job well done.

If McDonald's and Taco Bell were to join forces and create a fantastic fast food restaurant, they would call it Hardee's. Despite having limited locations, their food is surprisingly better than the two separate chains. The advertising featuring a clown and a tiny dog may be memorable, but the real star is the delicious food at Hardee's/ Red Burrito. Be sure to give it a try and you won't be disappointed!
