Bishop's Post - Chesterfield

My wife and I celebrated our 41 wedding anniversary at your place last night. Becca was our server and was absolutely amazing. We were very happy to get her. The food and drinks were also top of the line.

As always, Bishop's Post does not disappoint! Hostess was pleasant and waitress and all wait staff in general that assisted with our table were great! Food was exceptional! Thank You for another great experience!

Exceptional lunch! Food and service was fantastic! The burger is the best for lunch with a cup of there gumbo! The patio is the best patio in STL, waterfall and flowers are spectacular!

Sometimes these reviews aren't fair. A fair rating is not a bad thing. Honestly, if it wasn't for the price of what we got, I would probably go back...I might even still. The servers and host were very nice. The food came out quickly which was awesome. The fries tasted a bit reheated but you know...whatever. The reason for the fair rating was because...it was just fair. The atmosphere was amazing! That patio alone is why people should check it out. And if we had access to the lunch menu or some things on it for dinner...that would jump the rating up for a lot of people I believe. The service was just SO SLOW for our drinks. We ordered two beers and our apps and entrees came out before the beers. The waiter might have been stretched thin but there were so many food runners and bussers so I don't understand why there were so many of them but not enough waiters especially with the dining room not very busy. I would recommend checking it out but I have to be honest so people know why the rating. I would honestly give it 3 stars but fair is marked as 2. The prices were a bit inflated as well but you know...America.

Went there for my wife I's anniversary. Food was good but the porterhouse steak was a little overdone. Received a free dessert for our anniversary. Service was good. My wife didn't get the cup of coffee with dessert she ordered. Atmosphere was great!
