Last Saturday, April 1st, I visited this charming country pub and I'm so glad I made that choice instead of staying in the city. It turned out to be a hidden gem! After seeing the positive reviews online, I visited with a mixed group of five friends, hoping to enjoy a meal and a few quiet drinks. However, when we inquired about food options, the woman at the bar informed us that they don't serve food. I asked if this was a recent change, and she said they hadn't served food for six months. What a fabulous night.great floor singers who entertained us with their talent and humour. Then we were delighted to host the fantastic Catherine Craig and Brian Willoughby...who thrilled us all by their brilliance of voice, guitar playing and wonderful songs...so warm and thought provoking.
