I gave him 5 stars because of the wonderful contributors, and the price-performance ratio. I called ahead and explained that my son was autistic with deep special needs. when we arrived, bekka was on the hand to welcome us, and remembered our phone call. my son was particularly satisfied with the big smile, and signed hallo of her, she used his name, so he knew it was for him. the rooms are simple, cheap price basic, to expect. the personal, gemma on our first very difficult breakfast attempt, was brilliant to move us into a quiet opposite. I could not ask for more understanding and compassion. So, 5 stars it is, and well earned for the price, and wonderful staff. I really appreciate the effort of all to make our stay comfortable, it was not perfect, but not for the lack of attempt from them all. kudos!

This is a reasonable hotel with many facilities that rooms are simple, but this is not a problem for us, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the shower is amazing only a scandal that holds shower curtain on it and the shower is in a bath. the staff is also friendly, even got our bed made, bins emptied, coffee refulled and a toilet roll upstock. but I would often get a hauch of smoke in the corridors, not sure if this is because the windows in the fluren are open.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed. However, the bath was very slippery and there was no anti-slip mat provided. Additionally, there were no glasses in the bathroom.
