The drive through associate at window 2 (food and drink passage) held up the line while her family or friends chatted with her (at window 2) for a minute or so however, she did greet me with a smile when I finally got to the window. I don't ever leave reviews but this place is ridiculous. I haven't been to this location in well over a year and they have not improved a single bit. The place was dirty. Soda cups, ice, water, cup covers, napkins were laying all over the place. And I don't need to be treated differently than anybody else just because of the color of my skin. Worst burger ever from McDonald's.Service was subpar as expected from McDonald's but the burgers have always been good enough to put up with the service. However, today was the exception. The burger was the so greasy, it was disgusting.It will be be a long time before I take a chance on another
4 days prior McDonalds forgot to put all of my order in my bag. Upon arriving home, I called and spoke with a manager that stated she knew all the items was not in the bag, took my name, said she would put my name on the wall for pick up. I went today to pick up and the male manager with dreads was very aggressive, rude, and condescending when I asked for my items and stated my name was on the board. Very unprofessional!!!! Nothing has really changed. This place needs new management!

My food was fresh and hot, I don't get to say that too often about McDonald's but this one did
They really do need to work on greeting and serving their customers! Does anyone have a course they could take please?
