Chester's

8/27/22 We've stopped here several times when in the area. Today we just stopped for gas and some oil for the car. The cashier was kind of friendly. They gave a Chester's chicken restaurant inside though the honey biscuits are my FAVE, I passed on them today. Trying to watch the waistline. LOL. Anyway, the parking lot was pretty clean. No overflowing trash or trash on the ground. There were plenty of pumps the cost of gas was not out of the average for the area. I'd definitely recommend this location. It is very close to 295 not that far from 95.

Food was dry and inedible. $8.15 for a 4 tenders and 4 wedges. Who counts wedges? Are times really that hard? Also the honey biscuit tasted like it was from yesterday AND it had no honey on it. The top of the biscuit was dark like it had been over-cooked. I do not recommend this place.

I love Chester's I stopped by it when I lived in NC and it's at love's truck stop. This one is cool. I gave 4 stars because they always out of gizzards and don't sell fried okra. Will continue to go.

The young male cashier was the rudest I've ever experienced, will never stop here again!!!

Im a vender that delivers the news papers to this location. And there have been multiple occasions where I've gone to collect been paid with a check take it to the bank and I've been told insufficient funds on a $20 check.
