The staff does... read more The allergen menu is gluten-free but the food is horrible. It’s overpriced, tasteless, frozen food that looks gross and has off-putting textures. The staff doesn’t even bother putting on a plate. They serve it in the microwave container, which elicits stares and confused looks from the tables around you. In our case, they even neglected to heat up one of the foods. The server told us it was microwaved so not even heated well. There is also a buffet here, which we didn’t try since we were told we would need to speak to a chef about every item we would be interested in, but also that the staff was busy so we’d have to wait a long time for their attention. We left without eating most of the disgusting meal we paid for and feeling like we were treated very poorly while everyone around us got the royal treatment.
