What François Chauvet doesn't like about Goma Poké Sushi:
40 minutes waiting for 26 tiny sushi (but very good) eaten in 10 minutes for a total of 47€. The waiting time is too long and the quantity is far too low despite the quality.

A fine and surprising cuisine. Eric and Lorenzo welcome you in their open kitchen, there is no map that these two enthusiasts take you on a trip to Japan. The meal is expensive, being the freshness of the products, the very good quality of the dishes served and attention to any food allergies or intolerance are beautiful benefits. Thanks Eric and Lorenzo for this special moment.
Omakase side: A pure treat! Both visual and gustative. We had a very good time. I recommend it without hesitation.
