Very nice service. The food is always fresh, and the restaurant is clean. I recommend 1000x1000!!! This is one of the best fast-food restaurant in Chesnee. They work hard to keep their customers happy; And they charge the price of the food, depending which PLATE you get, and there is NO fee to pay with card which we should appreciate that. First of all they didn’t have steak that’s fine. I ordered 4 plates only charged me for 2. I waited and waited thinking the other 2 were coming. Finally they ask what am I waiting on after I STOOD THERE FOREVER. Obviously my other plates so then I bought 2 more because the cashier only rang up 2. Okay fine so then they charged me 3x for 2 plates. Refused to refund me the money they overcharged me. I asked for the managers name and she gave me a nasty attitude and repeated BYE over and over again. You guys stole money from me and gave me a horrible attitude over it. Sincerely Victoria.

However, I ended up being charged three times for just those two plates and when I asked for a refund on the extra charges, they refused. When I requested the manager's name, the staff member responded with a dismissive attitude, repeatedly saying "bye." I felt like I was robbed of my money and then treated poorly about it. I was overcharged; the website displayed one price, but I was charged a different amount. The staff member was not very friendly, and I didn't receive my receipt.
