The restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired, and the staff seemed to lack experience. The sandwich I had was quite greasy, though it was acceptable. I had some doubts about the cleanliness of the grill. The cashew cheese was crumbly and didn't melt or stretch as expected. I was also disappointed to discover that the tomato soup contained dairy. This is the THIRD time we have use Grilly Cheese for an event at our home. We initially used them for a pandemic Bar Mitzvah celebration then last year for a friends/neighborhood Halloween party. This year, when we sent our invites, instead of the more common what can I bring the main question was, will there be grilled cheese again Our friends and family love the food and the staff is great to work with. Tony was very responsive and easy to communicate with, very flexible with timing, menu etc. Already looking forward to next year! From the sandwiches, to soup to fries, everything is so delicious.
The customer service was fantastic and had a great atmosphere. The grilled cheese was delicious and the overall experience was very relaxed. I will definitely return!
