We arrived on Saturday night after a walk in the forest, and the kitchen opened up again just for us. They prepared a delicious spread of fish and chips. It was the perfect way to end our day. We will definitely be back! View all feedback.

Absolutely fantastic! The service was exceptional, and they even stayed open late for me and my friends after a long day of exploring Delamere Forest. It was the perfect way to end our day! After a few rounds of darts and some games of pool, we sat down to enjoy our meals—fish and chips and burgers—and everything was just perfect. I give it a solid 10!

I really enjoyed visiting this pub. It's a refreshing change from pretentious places, featuring a straightforward yet appealing menu. The staff were delightful, adding to the experience. If you're looking to spend a lot of money on average food, I'd recommend the Grosvenor instead.
I visited this restaurant with my family, and we all remarked on how lovely and welcoming the staff were. Despite being quite busy, our food arrived quickly and was served hot and delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked, especially the steak. The menu had a fantastic variety of options, so we will definitely be returning to try more dishes. Great job!
