nice pub. eating was absolutely excellent. I had a pile at home and all cakes with chips, veg and gravy. the quality was no longer so. wife had burger and pommes, again quality was no longer. I would advise everyone to eat here. the staff was very polite and welcoming. 12 stars if I could give so many. View all feedback.
What Goodeazhunter doesn't like about The Bull's Head:
Visited here for a bite for lunch. Very limited strange range of food. The service was very slow, was given a menu and forgotten about. The food wasn’t anything to write home about. Will visit somewhere else next time. Shame as this would of become my local View all feedback.
We had a great experience at this welcoming pub, hosted by Ali. All six of us used to work in a brewery, so we know a good pint when we taste one, and the cask ales did not disappoint. The food was also delicious, especially the Bulls Head burger and chips, but all dishes were fantastic. We definitely plan on returning soon.
This cozy pub has a nice ambiance. While some dishes like the soup were outstanding, others were a bit inconsistent. The fried food was very greasy and soggy.
We stumbled upon this pub and found it to be a great spot to watch rugby and football. The blonde woman working behind the bar was extremely friendly, as were all the other patrons. The food we ordered was delicious, especially the chips. I couldn't help but notice that there were a lot of bald people in the area, possibly due to the nearby factory. Despite the long drive, we will definitely be returning for dinner in the future. Thank you.
Spot on service and food. Good range of beers and wines. Kids welcome and so are dogs
Generous portions of good pub grub served by friendly staff. Thoroughly recommended.
