The team at this restaurant provides outstanding customer service. I frequently visit here to read and during my last visit, a customer experienced a medical emergency. The two workers who assisted were incredible. They were efficient, friendly, and perfect in their response. I unfortunately do not remember their names, but they certainly know who they are. Both employees were amazing, helpful, and friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks Uk:
The staff is unfriendly, the bathrooms are dirty, and the overall atmosphere is shabby with filthy wooden floors and unpainted door frames. This restaurant is in need of a major renovation and does not offer decaffeinated tea. View all feedback.

Usually I quite Starbucks but today I got served by rude Rach. I’m disgusted. I don’t know if I’ll be returning. It has spoiled my day.
