We have been customers for years, but the dinner we had last night was good, although it was only warm when we received it. We placed our order and the food arrived quickly, but it quickly went cold. It will be difficult to order from them again. View all feedback.
What Anna Dosch doesn't like about Flames:
Avoid at all costs. Questionable hygiene in the place and the staff! Do not all wear face coverings and certainly do not enforce it with their customers. Delivery people are rude and park like morons. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere there are much better places offering better food and value for money. View all feedback.

Flames never normally fail with their deliveries, but ordered curly chips and cheese, which we got charged and paid for, but the chips had no cheese on!! Fuming
