The cafe wa... read more My husband and I met up for coffee in town and I suggested Brown Sugar since I had been there before. The owners were friendly, warm, and welcoming. The cafe was clean and cozy. I had the best egg mayonnaise sandwich and my husband really enjoyed the homemade soup. The tea and cappuccino were piping hot and delicious. This will likely become our new favorite spot!

It is such a great cafe, we had a really friendly welcome and it was especially nice that our children were chatted to and helped into their seats making them feel grown up. Although there was no specific children's menu we were told that small portions could be provided and at my daughter's request she had lovely chunky fishfingers, beans and even crisps provided on the side when she asked as well as a lovely froth milk in a special bottle with a straw. The adults had panini's. The food was excellent and it was a lovely relaxing experience which is not often you can say that when eating out with toddlers!

He was really accommodating with the kids in general and their food orders, and the food was all delicious! Would highly recommend anyone to visit Brown Sugar when they're next in Chester!
