Woman, I have enjoyed several evenings of fantastic, cooked to home, amazing eating. no error can be found, will go back, cant wait .

A very warm welcome was had very friendly staff. The food was excellent. so good I ate too much . As a visitor very impressed.

A genuinely friendly welcome from John, who runs the front of house, and beautiful cooking from Lou made for an excellent dinner. The scallop thermidor starters were superb and Lou very kindly gave me the recipe! Rack of lamb alongside my partners fillets of sea bass were both beautifully cooked and a special mention for the rhubarb crumble for pudding. Finish that off with an exceptional cheeseboard and a couple of glasses of port whilst we had a lovely conversation with both of them and you can’t go far wrong. and you can’t go far wrong

Small,intimate high street restaurant.Absolutely excellent food and service.good varied menu,everything that the four of our party selected was really good. Definitely recommend,this restaurant is a “must return “!!

Lunch with friends today !! What can we say !! The food was amazing and we were made to feel so welcome . John and Louise are brilliant hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them.
