read moreThe New Rookery offers a mixed bag of experiences, with some customers expressing concerns over poor COVID-19 safety measures and rude staff, while others rave about the stunning pizzas and welcoming atmosphere. The pub's food receives high praise, particularly the fish and chips and homemade stew. Friendly owners and a well-priced drink selection make this a solid choice for locals and canal travelers alike. The charming garden area, occasional entertainment, and dog-friendly policy add to the appeal. Overall, opinions are divided, but those looking for a cozy local spot may find something to love at the New Rookery.
