I visited this restaurant yesterday while in the area. I have to agree with the reviewer from May who mentioned that the taste has declined. I also noticed that the quality of the ingredients has gone down. Although the ice cream remained the same, I opted for the honeycomb flavor and was disappointed to find not a single piece of honeycomb in it, with no honeycomb taste at all. Found this place randomly on the way to holyhead and omg, which is a hidden gem it is. the ice should die!

We went early so it was still nice and quiet; almost empty parking, just a few other families there. can not blame the staff at all, greeted with smiles and they went beyond and beyond. the lad on the ice cream that served; tested (and doubled checked) cone were milk-free and then all precautions possible to ensure that the sorbet of my youngest daughter would not suffer any cross-contamination from the milcheis. fresh gloves, boiled spoon and took her part from a pristine sorbet container away from the main counter. very happy!
