What User doesn't like about Salt Celler:
the restaurant was so cold, no heating, it was also a really cold outside day, so hoped to eat at a warm place, so that not enjoy the food, long wait for dessert, although it was only about 6 customers, the 2 workers who were on very nice. View all feedback.
It's a chain pub that we don't expect so great things, but the food we ordered took old to arrive, although there aren't so many customers. When it finally appeared, it was almost too cold to eat and frankly it was (steak). not cooked according to our specifications at all. after the near cold steaks we decided to reduce our losses and not to worry for a pudding. while eating is comparatively cheap, there are so many superior restaurants in the opposite that we probably don't go back there unless it's for a fast sandwich or something that they can't screw up.
They made a reservation, but the table was not ready for us to get into the wide corner, the floor was dirty, the tables not cleaned. eating when it finally came, was bad, cold, over boiled garbage. then we waited for 45 minutes for dessert after we had spoken to them twice. no apologies or thoughts of the personal. only generally müll. would not recommend and definitely will not go again! be happy with the service there if we ever visit another harvester.
I don't like to criticize it, sometimes it's easy to do, but good to eat that we had here was a complete sharp. it started well, the commands were taken quickly and efficiently, and while we were sitting in a train, it was not too bad and then everything started wrong! the meals from the order were not available, very annoying and not a good reflection about the kitchen, but these things happen, so we started again and again ordering, only then to say parts of this meal were not available. So, after I got knocked halloumi and chips and put down on a veggie BBQ stack, I had to do with a BBQ stack with most of its stacks that are missing. not promising and then nothing happened! absolute zilch for over an hour and half. no updates, nor apologises from the employees for the delay of mild irritation, to injustice. nothing. in the did there was not even a worker in the public, the only time that we saw that someone was when they went out of the shift and left, in a case call us, pay, hungry customers increasingly excited that they were glad to be out there. we had been so happy! the lack of common courtesy and not benevolent apologing to their costumers, because they are not able to fulfill the simple task, to carry out our very simple transaction, was shocking and spoke with me as a restaurant occupied by people who really did not much interest and it is not as if the place was healed, at the end there were only two other tables that we experienced I think a truppet of untrained chimpanzees could have got us the meal faster, and if they couldn't, they would at least have manned to apologize for the inacceptable wait. not so in the salt cellar. at least, finally with very little fanfare, which showed up on mealtimes and they were as disappointing as expected. chips that were hard and cold, and a piece of blown shoe leather that pretended to be a huh were the most important lowlights, but nothing was good about the quality of our mealtimes. inconspicuous lumps of food are exactly what they want when they have been starving for over an hour and a half! I have enough harvesters to know that the quality of food and experience was very easy between very good and indifferent, but that was really dirty. when they accused us of being insubstantial, the workers were friendly and they have at least broken off some of our bills because of the lack of my original order. but actually even with a 20% discount, it was still overpriced. we have robbed ourselves for a quick bite while we have eaten and landed in the opposite, so it is not full that we have spent two hours there. we can have all bad days in the office, it happened and it is hard to condemn a place after a lonely visit, it can be very good reason for such a terrible performance in the night and we were simply unhappy to catch it in a bad night. but for me it seemed that there was no manager in the service, no one guided her ship through lush waters, and a personal that, although pleasant were not a little bit or even seemingly less care to fulfill her obligations in customer care and to get it right in the name of her workers, let alone taking a personal pride, hints at a place with deeper sitting problems than just having gone. it is fair to say that I was a little disappointed with the salt cellar!

So we arrived on our way home on a Sunday night at 5pm! We’ve always found this harvester to be really quiet which can work in its favour as you don’t have the hustle and bustle of a normal Harvester. Anyway sat down in a...booth after a few minutes you could really feel the cold air Moving around the place. We asked to be moved, the waitress recommended a table Next to a radiator which was cold ! So didn’t get much warmer we noticed that lots of customers were complaining of the cold and trying to move around the restaurant to get warm. We ordered our meals and sat and waited for our salad bowls which never came. I went to the bar to ask for the bowls to find 3 waitresses and a manager casually talking about nothing completely ignoring customers. Our hot food came and the order was wrong couldn’t be bothered to correct it as it was that cold inside. The only waitress who was paying attention did try to correct the issue by giving us a free dessert if not i would have spoken to a manager. Not the best harvester around something needs to be done about the temperature
