Disappointed after reading reviews I’d thought I would pop in for a bite to eat and wasn’t impressed don’t want to go into to much detail but if you like pre portioned, not home cooked food then you’d probably enjoy back to going to the dog it is View all feedback.

I love coming here the pub has a lot of character the food is great value for money but most of all the food is absolutely delicious big portions and the service is spot on !!
If you want an old fashioned traditional pub, that serves excellent food and drink at old fashioned prices, then look no further.
Went for a Sunday roast today with family, having heard good reviews had the opportunity to go today with family, three beef roasts and one ham, all excellent, deserts were also really nice, host and staff really pleasant and accommodating, prices very reasonable will certainly be back. Thanks for a lovely afternoon.
We had a beautiful dinner at Parkgate today. Delicious food and great portions! I would highly recommend
