Oriental Magic - Cheshire East

I usually have no problems with this Chinese restaurant as a regular customer, but tonight the service and food were terrible. We placed our order on New Year's Eve and were told it would be ready in no time. However, after calling to check on our order and being told it was with the driver, we still had not received our food. After multiple attempts to contact the restaurant, we were eventually able to cancel our order. When the food finally arrived, the chips were cold and the sweet and sour sauce was extremely watery. We would have been happy to order something else if we had known the quality would be so poor. We will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. DISGRACEFUL!!

On New Year's Eve, we placed an order at a restaurant and expected it to be delivered in a couple of hours. However, it took three and a half hours. We called at the hour and a half mark, and they said it was on its way. When the food finally arrived, it was late, the sauce was watered down, and the food was cold. The driver was great, but we felt sorry for him having to deal with this all night. Overall, the customer service was shocking, and the food was disgusting. We would suggest avoiding this place and using one of the many other decent takeout options in Nantwich. Additionally, they hung up on me during the second call, which was unacceptable.

AVOID THIS RESTAURANT! The service was absolutely terrible. We were promised that our order would be delivered within minutes, but after an hour of waiting, we called to find out where it was. We were told it was on its way with the driver, but after even more waiting, we called again and were given the same excuse. Finally, after over an hour, we called to cancel our order and get a refund. The restaurant then admitted that there was a problem with our order and asked if we still wanted the food. This was after they had already lied to us about our order being on its way. Shocking service - there are plenty of other Chinese restaurants in Nantwich, so don't bother wasting your time and money on this one!

Been a customer for years but for the last three visits they have lost the plot. They are invariably mins late with the order and last night after mins there was no evidence of the order and they agreed I should give...up waiting. Sad but they’ve lost a customer and I won’t return. Very poor.
