always loved a walk around the mere, it is very pretty and has parking place, but since they opened again after lockdown, crucibles and now only get rid of margarine on them, they were much more beautiful before with butter on them, so dissapointed, now only one drink when we go. View all feedback.
The personal here is absolutely fantastic that they cannot wish for better friendly staff. I cannot praise them enough that they are from this world

Hallo m lewis and co /gg I tried to find an email to send privately. I deliberately walk away from mine to support them and today I had not arrived today after a long walk with my dog and it was incredible. as normal, I have toast for the dog and ordered a drink for me. Today there was absolutely no one in the parking lot or waiting queue, so I stood under their sight to keep dry and feed the dogs mins max., but then one of their teams came out to move the flow that I totally understand in the safety of covid times, but initially lacked. please take my review as positiw, as the team is very friendly overall. ian
The yonger staff were great, the older lady was so miserable when serving us and we weren't the only ones to notice. Even knocking on the window to tell children to stop running and being rather aggressive. You're in a country park for goodness sake!...No excuse! There were no other people around, no queue, no one they were getting within of and we'd JUST been to buy plenty of stuff from her cafe. We will NOT be going back. If you want the children to stop, tell me DO NOT tell a year old off! Uncalled for, unprofessional and damn right rude! Looking at previous reviews we're not the only ones to say so, maybe a change in career is needed! I'm so angry!
