After visiting Beeston Castle, we came here for lunch. You walk in and there is a big open fire roaring away and it’s open plan but cosy and oldey world tall at the same time! The food was yummy. Only snag was that in our group was a vegetarian (not that this was a problem to me) but to her she had only one choice. So if you’re a veggie probably not the best choice! This restaurant is no longer the same. The staff appear confused and the food, especially the steak and chips, is no longer as delicious as it used to be. The atmosphere has changed noticeably. I will not be coming back anytime soon. To the management: please take note of these issues and make improvements before it's too late. View all feedback.
